This is a wonderful family operated Chinese restaurant in the quaint downtown area. The food was very flavorful and the owner and family were very friendly. We were just passing through Effingham, but will be anxious to go back!

They don't have hot braised chicken but this is the bomb for not saint Louis Chinese restaurant. It's actually pretty good. I sure hope the dude in the back apologized to the woman who took my order. But this fried rice is delicious.
I was in town for work and usually I try pizza and Chinese food everywhere I go. This is the first place that tasted like home. Little shy on the fried rice. But all in all really good.
